| In real estate news, July was a slower month for sales. Historically, July and August have been slower months for sales activity. I expect an uptick in activity soon, with the expectation that mortgage rates will be heading down. We are seeing a slight decrease of around half a point so far and are hopeful to see more in the coming months. Overall, inventory is still low, although it varies town by town. You will notice that days on the market have increased slightly along with a bit of a dip in the sold prices. |
