In real estate news, things continue to be at a more normal pace. Inventory has crept up ever so slightly, with residential inventory up by 26% since January of 2024 and land inventory up by 20%. The number of sales are down by just 2% since January of this year. The number of properties under contract is down by 19% compared to this time last year.
